RETURNS
We hope that you are satisfied with your order but in the event that you would like to return an item please see below for details:
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour please email brodiesofsalcombe@gmail.com and we will advise you on how to proceed. You should received a reply within 2 working days. Ensure that your email includes your name and order number. Please note the following before requesting your exchange:
- Exchanges must be made within 14 days of your order being delivered.
- Clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
- Items must be in the exact condition that you received them in, with all original labels still attached and no stains or marks on the item.
- The cost of postage incurred by returning the item to Brodies of Salcombe is not covered or refunded by us.
REFUNDS
If you would like to return an item for a refund please email brodiesofsalcombe@gmail.com and we will advise you on how to proceed. You should receive a reply within 2 working days. Ensure that your email includes your nameand order number. Please note the following before requesting a refund:
- Items can only be returned for a refund within 14 days of your order being delivered.

INCORRECT ITEMS
Sometimes mistakes happen! In the (unlikely) event you receive a different item to what you ordered, please email brodiesofsalcombe@gmail.com withiin 14 days of your order being delivered. We will then advise you on how to proceed.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe the item you received is faulty, please email brodiesofsalcombe@gmail.com within 14 days of your order being delivered. We will then advise you on how to proceed.
PERSONALISED ITEMS & PRINT SERVICE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised items. Please make sure all spellings and designs are correct before submitting them. If the items is faulty please email brodiesofsalcombe@gmail.com within 14 days of your order being delivered. We will then advise you on how to proceed.
